  Paving in Middletown New Jersey, Fell at construction site, no caution tape anywhere. No marked place for someone to walk without stepping on gravel and tar. Parked far away from paving area and walked to shopping plaza, H & R Block. On my way back to the car, hit gravel and down I went. One of the employers, a man helped me up, Asked him for a card and refused to give one to me. Ask him if there was a foreman on site, said no. Got very confrontational, called Police to write up report, as I had a full hip replacement last year 6/16/16. Hurt my wrist and hip is bothering me. Also shoulder as I used my right hand, and my left to prevent me from really going down hard. When the officer came, asked me if I need an ambulance,. You never know what is going to REALLY hurt for days after a fall. When the officer came. magically the foreman appeared and also refused to give me a card. I wonder how many other people fell there as I said there was no safe place to walk and nothing was marked off for pedestrians.
